The PVY Z20 PRO came well packaged, relatively easy to assemble. It would have helped to have a link to a video tutorial on how to unbox/set up the ebike.
I had some broken bits from the neck of the ebike and it seems to be affecting the orientation of the handle despite adjustments. It would be nice to discuss this with a member of your customer service team.
Overall, I feel like I got good value for my money. I have since abandoned my car and now cycle regularly to work, with the choice of varying degree of assistance depending on how energetic I feel or how much faster I need to travel.

I am one of your customers and currently using the Pay Z20 Pro bicycle. Overall, I am very satisfied with its design and performance. However, I would like to share my experience and provide some suggestions regarding the battery.

I live in the Netherlands, where the weather conditions are often challenging, with strong winds and frequent rain. Unfortunately, the current battery does not meet my needs in such conditions, especially during long rides or when cycling against strong winds.

My Suggestions:
1. Consider offering a version with a higher-capacity battery (e.g., 500Wh or more) to support longer distances.
2. Utilize batteries with a higher waterproof standard (IP65 or above) for better performance in wet and windy conditions.
3. Explore using high-quality batteries from reputable brands like Panasonic, LG Chem, or Samsung SDI for enhanced durability and reliability.

The bike is fantastic, and I recommend the bike!

Have been using this to cycle to work, a ten mile round trip with some very tricky hills. Seems to handle it all very well and the charge also lasts well. Impressed so far, great value E-bike!

This bike has been perfect for me. I'm about 90KG and cycle 15km a day between work, training, and home. There have been no issues at all. The assembly is straight forward, and the bike is simple to maintain. Going up hills drains the battery faster, but thus far it hasn't impacted my ability to complete a journey. I charge it every one to two nights depending on my previous journey. This is the perfect bike for urban travel as it maintains speeds of 20-25km effortlessly.

I'm a heavy guy and finding a folding bike rated for my weight has been a challenge. Ironically, I want to cycle to try to lose a bit of weight, but I find that on a regular bike my lack of fitness combined with the extra weight I'm carrying mean that getting up hills zaps my energy, motivation or both, and Yorkshire is not known for being flat. Living on a busy main road that I am not confident enough to cycle on, the ability to throw the bike in the boot of my (very small) car and go to a suitable off-road route is great.

This bike does a great job of flattening the hills, and pulling me up canal locks that I would otherwise have had to dismount for, even in assist mode 1. Putting it in mode 2 makes the boring bits of the Greenway near me fly by too. I am comfortably doing twice the distance I managed on a regular bike and could definitely go further knowing that I have the assistance to help me to get back. The 1x6 drivetrain is a lot easier for a relative novice than having a front chainring and two gear selectors. Even if you get stuck in too high a gear to move off, the walk assist on the throttle will usually get you going. I also found the assist helpful in getting me out of some mud I had to ride through on a towpath.

It doesn't feel like a small bike, despite the 20" wheels, and it doesn't feel flimsy other than the handlebars having a bit of play in the hinge. Yes it's heavy compared to a non powered bike, but I can easily manage 15km/h without assist on the flat.

To the irritations: The spec seems to have been quietly updated. Previous reviews I have seen show much more robust mountain bike style tyres rather than the much less grippy ones I got (perhaps due to the launch of the fat tyre variant?) although mine does have built in lights. Also, the squealling brakes seen on some YouTube videos of the original model don't seem to apply to mine.

The control panel is a bit fiddly; on the canal towpath, assist level 1 feels too fast at times, so I like to switch it on and off as needed. Having to toggle 1 - 2 - 3 - 0 to switch it off is a bit awkward.

It would be really nice if there was some way to keep the two halves together when the bike is folded to make it easier to wheel along.

It would be nice if the battery charger had some indication of charging progress. The battery meter while riding doesn't seem too reliable, it drops while under load (eg climbing) then gains a bar when you are back on the flat. An idea of the available range would be helpful (but I understand that there are so many variables that mean it couldn't be 100% accurate)

There are no mounting holes for a water bottle cage, but you can get one that clamps on to the handlebars cheaply online.

The built-in horn is not very effective - people aren't expecting to hear a horn coming up behind them on an off-road path, I've had to fit an analogue bell.

Overall I wish I had bought one sooner. It's great fun to ride and I really like how versatile it is.
