When will you ship my order?
Typically, orders for in-stock items will be processed within 24 hour, and will be delivered within 5-7 business days after you receive the confirmation email.
How long is the warranty, and what does it cover?
We have after-sales centers in Europe, PVY 1-Year Warranty Accessory: Structural component-fork, seatpost, handlebar, stem, brake lever, brakes, sprocket, crankset, and thumb shifter, Electronic component- charger, controller, display, booster, shifter handle, motor, and shifter. (if a product problem occurs within the above warranty period, it will be exchanged for a new one free of charge if it cannot be repaired.) For the Frame 10-year warranty applies.
Does it need to be assembled after receiving the bike?
Our ebikes are brand new and come in a folding state for easy shipping. And with an assembly finish of 85%, you can easily put it all together. Once unboxed, simply install the pedals and adjust the handlebar angle to fit your height and riding style. It's a quick and hassle-free process, allowing you to hit the road in no time.
Is the bike waterproof?
Yes, it is IPX5 waterproof, but for safety reasons we advise against using it in harsh weather conditions.
Will replacement parts be available for years to come?
We will continue to provide replacement parts for at least ten years in the future, such as motors, batteries, controllers, meters, etc., and guarantee that the price of replacement parts will always be high quality and low price, so that people can spend a small amount of money to experience riding Fun is the purpose of PVY.

There are some issues which could be better. But all in all it' s a good ebike for the price and what it's needed for. Would I buy it' again. Yes.
Great bike. Great it's road legal now and when they up the power also.
Max 20 mph is over legal limit but still feels a bit slow. Prob can do over 20 mph even when peddling.
But it meets my needs perfectly so ok with me
Absolut hochwertig und einfach zusammen zu bauen :-). Das E-Bike hat ordentlich kraft. Selbst mit mir 1.94 cm und meiner Tochter auf dem Fahrradsitz, macht es keine Probleme. Man kann es auch wirklich super klein zusammen klappen. Klare Kaufempfehlung !
Comfortable position, consistent pedal assistance even on the steepest climbs, simple computer and controls, good lights for night riding, simple and robust gears, good but noisy brakes (just replace brake pads with organic ones and make adjustments). Battery range is consistent with the stated specifications.
Overall, an excellent all-road e-bike with a great quality-price ratio.
Fiets binnen 4 dagen in huis! In elkaar zetten 15 min en fietsen maar, dat viel echt 100% mee, stabiel, vlot, comfortabel. Enige minpuntje mss is dat de fiets best zwaar is en niet zomaar even in de auto gaat,
