Why is the Z20 MAX advertised as 750W, but the website parameter information is 250W?
Z20 MAX is limited to 250W power and 25Km/h top speed in factory default setting, if you have more speed and power requirement, you can do the unlock operation, unlocked: Z20 MAX power is 750W and top speed is 39km/h;
How long is the warranty, and what does it cover?
We have after-sales centers in Europe, PVY 1-Year Warranty Accessory: Structural component-fork, seatpost, handlebar, stem, brake lever, brakes, sprocket, crankset, and thumb shifter, Electronic component- charger, controller, display, booster, shifter handle, motor, and shifter. (if a product problem occurs within the above warranty period, it will be exchanged for a new one free of charge if it cannot be repaired.) For the Frame 10-year warranty applies.
Does it need to be assembled after receiving the bike?
Our ebikes are brand new and come in a folding state for easy shipping. And with an assembly finish of 85%, you can easily put it all together. Once unboxed, simply install the pedals and adjust the handlebar angle to fit your height and riding style. It's a quick and hassle-free process, allowing you to hit the road in no time.
Is the bike waterproof?
Yes, it is IPX5 waterproof, but for safety reasons we advise against using it in harsh weather conditions.
Will replacement parts be available for years to come?
We will continue to provide replacement parts for at least ten years in the future, such as motors, batteries, controllers, meters, etc., and guarantee that the price of replacement parts will always be high quality and low price, so that people can spend a small amount of money to experience riding Fun is the purpose of PVY.

Great
Overall, I am very happy with the PVY Z20 MAX bike. I use it for commuting in the city and keep it folded up at home. I have added a few things to make it more useful:
- An auxiliary wheel on the bottom for easy transport when folded.
- A magnet on the rear end of the frame to attach it to the fork when folded.
- A mirror on the left side.
But to make it perfect, I miss the following points that I would like to see corrected in a new version of the bike:
1) When turning on the lights with the switch, no warning light is reflected on the display. On the other hand, if you press and hold the top button, a light on indicator appears on the display, but it doesn't actually turn on the light!
2) When both batteries are connected, the display only shows the charge of one battery. Although the controller tries to balance the charge of both batteries, the display should reflect the total charge!
3) The key must always be attached to the frame battery in order for the battery to work. However, if the bike is folded with the key attached, it is very likely that the key will bend or break (it has happened to me). This is a serious issue. This battery should be able to be activated with a switch without using the key, just like the bottle battery!
4) The manual does not indicate how to service the hydraulic brakes. I think it is necessary and very important to know how to bleed the brakes.

Bici robusta, ben costruita e curata anche nei dettagli.
Sensore di coppia molto pronto ad attivarsi e partenze facili anche in salita.
Discrete sospensioni (non vanno bene per gli sterrati, ma per le buche stradali e i tombini fanno il loro lavoro)
Buona autonomia (anche se non arriva neppure lontanamente ai 200km dichiarati)
CONTRO
Piuttosto pesante e scomoda da maneggiare (non va bene per essere caricata su treni o mezzi pubblici)
Complicato estrarre la batteria dal telaio (bisogna piegare la bici - sconsigliata per chi ha bisogno di portarsi la batteria a casa per ricaricarla)
Non è possibile bloccare le batterie anche estraendo le chiavi (in pratica se la bici non è legata, chiunque arrivi può mettere in moto e portarsela via)
Il sensore di coppia richiede comunque uno sforzo non indifferente sui pedali per fornire assistenza e sulle salite ripide bisogna comunque pedalare con forza

Ein e Bike, was richtig Spaß macht. Kraftvoller Motor, super Reichweite und komfortables fahren.
Einzige kleine Schwäche ist die Federgabel vorne. Diese federt etwas zu flott aus und schlägt bei starken Unebenheiten dann gerne einmal durch.
Ansonsten wirklich nur positives!
For an expensive bike the from forks are bad and I mean bad. There is no travel and it’s down with a jolt then up with a clonk. The bike itself is a good make but the from forks are so annoying every little bump the forks clonk and bonk. I bought 2 bikes the same for me and my partner and they are both the same.
