When will you ship my order?
Typically, orders for in-stock items will be processed within 24 hour, and will be delivered within 5-7 business days after you receive the confirmation email.
How long is the warranty, and what does it cover?
We have after-sales centers in Europe, PVY 1-Year Warranty Accessory: Structural component-fork, seatpost, handlebar, stem, brake lever, brakes, sprocket, crankset, and thumb shifter, Electronic component- charger, controller, display, booster, shifter handle, motor, and shifter. (if a product problem occurs within the above warranty period, it will be exchanged for a new one free of charge if it cannot be repaired.) For the Frame 10-year warranty applies.
Does it need to be assembled after receiving the bike?
Our ebikes are brand new and come in a folding state for easy shipping. And with an assembly finish of 85%, you can easily put it all together. Once unboxed, simply install the pedals and adjust the handlebar angle to fit your height and riding style. It's a quick and hassle-free process, allowing you to hit the road in no time.
Is the bike waterproof?
Yes, it is IPX5 waterproof, but for safety reasons we advise against using it in harsh weather conditions.
Will replacement parts be available for years to come?
We will continue to provide replacement parts for at least ten years in the future, such as motors, batteries, controllers, meters, etc., and guarantee that the price of replacement parts will always be high quality and low price, so that people can spend a small amount of money to experience riding Fun is the purpose of PVY.

I ordered two bikes. To cut a long story short , after multiple quality issues and six weeks later we eventually have both bikes. The original promise was delivery in 3-5 days. Communication and responses were rubbish with multiple false promises. Bikes are eventually ok. You get what you pay for…
Very good just a bit heavy to move when folded front light was broken but all in all a great bike
Ticked all the boxes for me, relatively light with BMX size tyres and a cadence sensor. The battery life is ok, I get about 20 miles as a 95kg rider using the maximum setting. Build quality was fine on mine too, and the bike arrives almost assembled. The only gripe I have is the motor doesn't disengage from the drivetrain if you only want to use your own power, so you'll be pedaling the motor round as well. The bike also looks fantastic in the black/grey that I have, I literally get kids saying "nice bike" as I go by 😁
Overall, I am happy with the Z pro however after two weeks the front brake has started to judder. I hope this will disappear.
1/ With regard to the Throttle and Battery Charger. I suggest you send replacement Throttle and a Replacement Charger and a label with the address to send back the faulty Items, If your engineer is not able to resolve these issues,
I will wait till the end of this working week the 21ST OF JANUARY 2025 after the end of that I will have no other option but to start the resolution process with PayPal, and my Visa bank, and ask for my money back. I feel I have been very patient and you appear to be slow in action so that the period to return the bike ends where you will have to pay to collect your items.
2/ With regard to the scratches I look forward to your plan but am tired of waiting so long.
3/ With regard to the Fender, I would prefer a replacement fender, as I will have to make new holes to fix the problem. Unless this will be included in your offer toward the scratches.
4/ With regard to the original Battery that came with the Bike. It should not show as empty after 13km, When I turn it on it shows just 2 bars, as soon as I try to climb a hill it shows empty.
Without a working charger it is hard to tell what is going on, but I feel this is unacceptable.
I GOT THE BIKE ON THE 25TH OF JANUARY THE HAVE NOT RESOLED ANY ELECTRICAL ISSUES LISTED ABOVE AND TODAY IS 28TH FEBRUARY

in general I am very satisfied with the product.
I have only one thing to mention which I don't know if it is an issue or not.
I hear noise from the break especially the front when i use it adn the wheel is still running.
