The Battery itself is great

It unexpectedly came with the cradle holder enabling me to use it on another bike if I so wish the delivery not so good took a month to arrive despite the website saying 5 to 7 days and they sent it with EVRI one of the worse carriers in the UK I also told them they had my post code wrong both with the battery and the bike could they change it before despatch I was assured this was done EVRI lost my battery you guessed it blamed the wrong post code PVY did not change it. These are the things that would make me not buy again from them. Another brand sent out a spare battery for my other bike Royal Mail tracked ordered Monday had in my possession Thursday
